I performed a search for “new york personal injury lawyer”. In 2001 this yielded a mere 61,600 results. Today’s Google (2008) gives me 657,000

Ten years have passed and many have caught on to the realm of legal marketing, it’s not just personal injury lawyers in New York. There are hundreds more websites indexed on Google, results now show up with sponsored links, local directory listing and even video results.
